⚠️ Heads-up:

After a contact has been added to your Systeme.io account, you won’t be able to change their email address. So make sure all your contacts’ email addresses are correct and don’t contain any typo before being imported in Systeme.io.

Method 1: Manually Adding Contacts

Navigate to the Contacts Section:

1. Click on the “Contacts” tab.
2. Within this section, you’ll see a button labelled “Contacts.” Click on it to access your contact list.
3. Click the light blue “+ Create Contact” button. This will open a pop-up form.

Fill in the Essentials: At a minimum, Systeme.io requires two crucial details:

1. Email Address: This is the key to connecting with your contacts. Ensure you enter a valid email address to avoid delivery issues.
2. Language: Select the language your contacts prefer to receive communication in.

Add Extra Details (Optional): While email and language are mandatory, Systeme.io allows you to personalize your contact list further. Consider including details like:

1. First Name & Last Name: You will be able to use that in your future communications to add a more personal touch.
2. Tags: Create categories to segment your audience. For example, you could have tags for “Interested in product A”.

Once you’ve filled in the desired information, click the “Save” button. Congratulations, you’ve just added your first contact!
